You can then either drop your vehicle at one of our Essex depots or if the car can no longer be safely or legally driven, arrange for one of our drivers to collect it from your premises at no charge. As long as we can access your car in order to load it onto our recovery vehicle, we can collect it! 

If you can’t be around when we collect your vehicle, don’t worry – you can ask a family member, friend or neighbour to be there instead. When collecting, we can pay by cheque or cash (cash is only an option if you have a valid MOT). 

Please note that if you choose to be paid by cheque, it will legally need to be made out to the person present at collection.

However, if your vehicle is missing a major component, such as its engine or wheels, we will then need to base our quotation on weight only. We will use a weighbridge to gauge your car’s weight and price it accordingly.
